Choose between our two elegant ballrooms. We can accommodate groups of up to 400.
1. Wireless High Speed Internet access available in all meeting rooms.
2. All Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed no more than three months prior to the event.
3. Food and beverage service is subject to 15% gratuity. Liquor is subject to 10% tax and 5% GST.
4. For social events, we require a deposit to confirm space with a second deposit due eight weeks prior to the function date. The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the function. Whenbilling privileges are requested a credit application must be complete, and approved by our Credit Department at least thirty (30) days prior to the event.
5. A final menu selection must be submitted two weeks prior to the function to ensure the availability of the desired menu. Special consideration will be given to guests with dietary and allergy requirements with advance notice.
6. The Catering Office must be notified of the guaranteed number of guests no later than noon three full business prior to the event. Should no guarantee be received, the hotel will prepare and charge for the original number booked. Billing will be based on the guaranteed number, or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
7. The hotel reserves the right to substitute a comparable function room within the hotel. If for any reason the hotel is unable to perform the service as set out in the function contract due to unforeseeable circumstances, we reserve the right to contact the convener and make alternate arrangements. Room changes and/or set up changes requested by the client on the day of the function, may be subject to a labour charge which will be added to the function bill.
8. Due to Health & Safety Regulations, the Stonebridge Hotel will be the sole supplier of all food and beverage for function/banquet event. The only exception to this is wedding cakes.
9. We request that no confetti be used on the hotel premises. A clean up fee of $100.00 will be applicable in the event that confetti is used.
10. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than two weeks prior to the date of function, will incur a cancellation charge. The charge would consist of room rental, and 50% of the estimated food and beverage order. Cancellation of 48 hours notice or less will be charged a fee equal to the room rental and all food and beverage ordered.
11. The hotel is not responsible for damages to or the loss of any articles left by the customer or their guests in the Hotel, prior to, during, or following any function. The customer is responsible and shall reimburse the Hotel for any damage, loss or liability incurred by the Hotel by any of the customer’s guests or any persons or organizations contracted by the customer to provide any service or goods before, during and after the function.
12. Storage material requiring storage of more than three days prior to function and more than three days after a function will be charged a $25.00 daily fee.
13. Provincial liquor laws will not permit service of alcoholic beverages after 1:00am Monday to Saturday, and midnight on Sundays and holidays. All live and recorded music MUST end at 1:00am.
14. All public areas, restaurants and function space is deemed non smoking.
15. All entertainment is subject to SOCAN charges (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada).
For weddings with seventy five (75) or more attendees, the Bride and Groom receive a complimentary Bridal suite for their wedding night. For weddings with less than 75 attendees, Bridal suites are available at a discounted rate (plus applicable taxes) for the wedding night.
